When do I earn something?
As soon as someone books via your link, arrives and confirms arrival. With a cancellation or a no-show there is no commission. Before that you see the booking in the portal as a preview.
How much is my commission exactly?
20 percent of Campavia's commission per booking, 10 percent on repeat bookings by the same camper within twelve months, 25 percent on bookings of a site you brought us, for twelve months from its first booking. Campavia receives 10 percent of the booking value.
How long does my attribution last?
The click counts 30 days until registration (90 days for sites). After that the account stays attributed to you for twelve months, cookie or not. First click wins.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly on the 15th, from €25, automatically via Stripe to your bank account. You connect Stripe once in the portal, it takes five minutes. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
Do I have to write an invoice? How does tax work?
No. For every payout Campavia issues a statement in your name. Businesses and self-employed in the EU outside Spain: 0 percent with a valid VAT ID (reverse charge). In Spain 21 percent VAT, self-employed additionally IRPF withholding. Private individuals get a statement without tax and declare it themselves.
I run a portal. Is there a feed and are there deep links?
Yes. A catalogue feed with all sites (ID, coordinates, facilities, images, ready links), deep links to countries, regions and single sites, plus your own marker per page or campaign shown on every booking. You may display images and texts to promote Campavia.
Can I customise my link?
Yes, in the portal you choose your own code, for example your channel name. Old links stay valid.
What happens after I apply?
We usually review it the next working day. Then you get an email with the link to set your password, after that you are in the portal and a short tour shows you everything.
What is not allowed?
Bookings for yourself or relatives, multiple accounts, misleading advertising, ads on the Campavia name, mass messages. In those cases the commission is forfeited.
Do I need a minimum audience?
No. We look at whether your audience fits campers, not at follower counts.
