Withdraw from a contract

Use this function to declare the withdrawal from a contract with Pixelpeak S.L. (Campavia). You receive a confirmation of receipt by email immediately.

You can withdraw from the contract for the use of the platform (your account) within 14 days of registration without giving reasons.

Reservations of a stay for a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The campsite's cancellation rule applies to them: Cancellation and withdrawal notice
