You only pay when a guest actually arrives

No joining fee. No monthly fee. No package to buy upfront. On a stay worth 2,000 euros our fee is 150 euros. If the pitch would otherwise have been empty those weeks, that is the cheapest occupancy you can get.

Language stops being a barrier

Which months would you open to long stays?

Common questions

Do I have to keep availability up to date in real time?
No. You give a price and a rough occupancy per month. Every request you confirm individually.
Does payment go through you?
No. The guest pays you directly, on your terms. We are an intermediary, not a party to the contract.
What if a guest never arrives?
Then there is no fee. It only falls due once the guest confirms arrival.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can set your offer back to draft or close months whenever you like.
